At the buffet dining "Ocean Terrace", we preferentially use vegetables produced in the city and actively work on local production for local consumption.
The chef of the hotel and the chef of the restaurant regularly visit the fields of the producers and witness the harvest, and while deepening friendships with the farmers, they are pursuing fresh ingredients.
We asked farmers to build a farm dedicated to our hotel and seed the crops we requested. We will continue to work on the further development of local production for local consumption.
