Description

The ruins were excavated from the plain on the north side of Katabira River in Showa 40 (1965).
It is keyhole shaped, rare within the City of Yokohama, and contains stone chambers dug horizontally and vertically. Based on relics that have been excavated, it is believed the tomb was built in the early 7th century.
It has now disappeared due to land development, and a monument has been erected.
