"Candle Art in Nishi-ward 2019" will be held on Dec. 21st (Sat)!
Many beautiful candles such as mascot of Nishi-ward “Nishimaro-chan” and “Hikonyan”, a mascot of Hikone-city, a friendship city of Nishi-ward and candles made by elementary school kids with love will light up the venue.
Together with chorus performed by local elementary school kids, please enjoy the fantastic winter night at the venue.
